What colours say in our non-verbal communication: discover how to choose the colours of your clothes, accessories and even your make-up so that they get your message across without you having to say a word.
Find out why the colours you wear can change the way others perceive you and the image they have of you. Learn how colours can also influence your mood, and the mood of the people you’re talking to.
According to a great many studies, including the one carried out at Harvard in 1970 by psychology professor and researcher Albert Mehrabian, 93% of our communication is non-verbal.
Our appearance, our image, is the first way we communicate. You’ve no doubt heard about the impact of first impressions, haven’t you?
Colours are part of this: they have their own language and their own symbolism. They affect the people around us, and our own moods too. You’ve probably noticed that some colours energise us or feel aggressive, while others have a calming effect.
That’s because colour carries meaning, but also codes. We see them most often in the professional world, as well as in religious beliefs. For example, certain colours are closely associated with prestige, or with power.
All you need is to understand the principle behind it, which I’ll explain in detail during this talk.
Laure Marti, a career development expert, will join me to explain how to stand out and express what makes you unique and authentic when you design and write your CV, website, logo and more.
The talk will be followed by an apéritif. We hope to see lots of you there 🙂
Discovery moment

Celler Laurona was one of the very first wineries founded in what is now the Montsant DO. The appellation itself came later, in 2001, after Mitico de Laurona was ranked among the 100 most competitive wines by the prestigious Wine Spectator magazine.
Galilea was born when a young Swiss wine enthusiast, Fiona Fischer, met the renowned winemaker René Barbier (a pioneer of viticulture in the region and owner of Clos Mogador). More than a shared love of wine and the land, what unites them is a common vision and common values.
Set off on a true scientific odyssey rooted in a genuine commitment to sustainability: a sensory journey through time and space.
Galilea by Fiona reflects the people behind it: a perfect balance of freshness and excellence.
